NINEYARD is a Montréal-based DJ and electronic music producer originally from Paris, France. With a background in drums from the conservatory, he developed a passion for electronic music in the mid-2000s during the French Touch 2.0 wave. Since moving to Montreal, he has immersed himself in techno, drawing inspiration from artists like Nicole Moudaber and Richie Hawtin.
Currently finishing his first EP, NINEYARD combines technical skill, rhythmic expertise, and electronic innovation in his productions and DJ sets. He is also a founding member of the PULSION collective, contributing to Montreal’s vibrant underground electronic music scene.
Through his work, NINEYARD continues to push creative boundaries while shaping the Montreal electronic music landscape with innovative performances and releases.
NINEYARD est un DJ et producteur de musique électronique basé à Montréal, originaire de Paris, France. Formé aux percussions au conservatoire, il découvre la musique électronique au milieu des années 2000 avec la vague French Touch 2.0. Arrivé à Montréal, il plonge dans l’univers de la techno, s’inspirant d’artistes tels que Nicole Moudaber et Richie Hawtin.
Actuellement en préparation de son premier EP, NINEYARD mêle maîtrise technique, sens du rythme et innovation électronique dans ses productions et sets. Il est également cofondateur du collectif PULSION, participant activement à la scène underground montréalaise.
À travers son travail, NINEYARD continue de repousser les limites créatives, tout en contribuant au développement de la scène électronique montréalaise grâce à ses performances et sorties innovantes.
